Prevention Advisor Safety and Security
As Prevention Advisor Safety and Security in Lochristi, you build an integrated safety and security policy for multiple operational locations. You join a strong player in energy production and industrial sites in East Flanders directly on a permanent contract. Risk analyses, prevention plans, incident investigations and Belgian wellbeing legislation form the basis of your daily work.
What you'll do
- Carry out risk analyses at the various operational locations
- Translate the findings into concrete prevention plans
- Advise management and teams on occupational safety, contractors and security
- Investigate incidents and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Organise audits, training sessions and drills
- Handle the statutory reporting on wellbeing at work
What you bring
- You hold a level 1 or 2 prevention advisor certificate, matching the site context
- You have experience in industry, energy, chemicals or a comparable high-risk environment
- You are a convincing communicator towards management and teams
- You have strong knowledge of Belgian wellbeing legislation
- You combine occupational safety and security in one approach
