Ergonomics and Wellbeing Specialist
A strong player in automotive and workplace wellbeing is looking for a Ergonomics and Wellbeing Specialist for its team in Kraainem, on a direct permanent contract. In this role you reduce ergonomic risks and design workplaces and processes that keep people sustainably employable. You join a team with short lines, where you quickly earn trust and responsibility of your own.
What you'll do
- Carry out ergonomic analyses in office, logistics and technical environments
- Advise on design and purchase of workplaces, tools and equipment
- Develop standards, training and prevention campaigns
- Measure the effect of interventions and align actions with health, safety and HR
What you bring
- Training in ergonomics, physiotherapy, engineering or prevention
- Experience with risk analysis methods and practical workplace adaptations
- Empathetic, analytical and convincing in English plus Dutch or French
