Ergonomics and Wellbeing Specialist
In Kraainem, as Ergonomics and Wellbeing Specialist, you reduce ergonomic risks in offices, logistics and technical work environments. You join a company in the automotive sector directly, on a permanent contract. With risk analyses, practical workplace adaptations and prevention campaigns you design workplaces and processes that keep people sustainably employable. You work closely with health, safety and HR along the way.
What you'll do
- Carry out ergonomic analyses in office, logistics and technical environments
- Advise on the design of new workplaces and processes
- Advise on the purchase of workplace furnishings, tools and equipment
- Develop ergonomic standards and training for employees
- Set up prevention campaigns around ergonomics and wellbeing
- Measure the effect of interventions and align actions with health, safety and HR
What you bring
- You have a background in ergonomics, physiotherapy, engineering or prevention
- You have experience with methods for ergonomic risk analysis
- You have hands-on experience with concrete workplace adaptations
- You are empathetic and analytical in your approach
- You know how to convince others of the changes that are needed
- You speak English, together with Dutch or French
