HSE Advisor Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Support project management with HSE planning and risk analyses
• Follow up the work permits on the project site
• Carry out safety rounds on the construction site
• Coach employees and subcontractors on safe behaviour
• Manage incidents and observations and follow up the agreed actions
• Handle HSE reporting and keep the project documentation in order
• Prepare client audits and internal audits

What you bring

• You are a level 2 prevention advisor or have completed relevant HSE training
• You have practical experience on construction sites, industrial sites or infrastructure projects
• You are assertive and dare to raise unsafe situations
• You are approachable for employees and subcontractors on site
• You communicate strongly in Dutch, French or English
