HSE Manager Wallonia
As HSE Manager Wallonia, you lead HSE policy and HSE teams from Namur across multiple projects throughout Wallonia. You work for a direct employer in construction, environment and industrial projects and translate regional objectives into annual plans, audits and operational priorities. Incident analysis, compliance risks and coaching project management and HSE professionals are central to this leadership role.
What you'll do
- Turn regional objectives into annual plans, audits and operational priorities
- Coach project management and HSE professionals across the projects
- Safeguard consistent HSE standards on all projects in Wallonia
- Analyse incidents, trends and compliance risks
- Report on HSE performance and risks to the executive board
- Maintain relationships with clients, authorities and external prevention partners
What you bring
- You are a level 1 prevention advisor or hold an equivalent senior HSE qualification
- You have extensive experience in construction, industry or complex project environments
- You are a strong people manager for HSE teams
- You are a credible discussion partner for the board and clients
- You connect just as easily with people on site
