HSE Manager Wallonia
For a direct employer in construction, environment and industrial projects in Namur we're looking for a HSE Manager Wallonia. In this role you lead HSE policy and teams across multiple projects in Wallonia. You get clear ownership of your own files and work with internal specialists, suppliers and operational colleagues.
What you'll do
- Turn regional objectives into annual plans, audits and operational priorities
- Coach project management and HSE professionals and safeguard consistent standards
- Analyse incidents, trends and compliance risks and report to the executive board
- Maintain relationships with clients, authorities and external prevention partners
What you bring
- Prevention advisor level 1 or equivalent senior HSE qualification
- Extensive experience in construction, industry or complex project environments
- Strong people manager and discussion partner for the board, clients and the work floor
