Packaging Operator Two Shifts
In Deinze, as Packaging Operator in two shifts, you operate and set up automated food packaging lines. You join a strong player in food packaging directly, on a permanent contract. You make sure products are finished correctly, safely and at pace, from format changeovers and labelling to checking seal, weight and coding. Training, shift premiums and a stable schedule come with the job.
What you'll do
- Change over machines to a different format or packaging
- Set up labelling correctly at every product change
- Check seal, weight, coding and packaging quality
- Solve small breakdowns on the line yourself
- Escalate technical problems in a targeted way to the right people
- Carry out cleaning, record-keeping and material changes according to standard procedures
What you bring
- You have experience as an operator or a strong technical interest
- You work accurately and are quality-conscious
- You are willing to work in two shifts
- You enjoy working as a team towards a shared output
- You are comfortable working with digital production instructions
