Prevention Advisor Level 1
Our client, a direct employer in airport operations and infrastructure in Machelen, is looking for a Prevention Advisor Level 1. In this role you advise the executive board and operational teams on wellbeing, safety and prevention in a 24/7 environment. You join a team with short lines, where you quickly earn trust and responsibility of your own.
What you'll do
- Develop the global prevention plan and steer annual action plans
- Guide complex risk analyses, incident investigations and change projects
- Advise on construction, technology, contractors, ergonomics and emergency planning
- Coordinate internal and external prevention partners and statutory consultation bodies
What you bring
- Recognised prevention advisor level 1 with extensive operational experience
- Strong knowledge of Belgian wellbeing legislation and management systems
- Authoritative, pragmatic advisor who builds support at all levels
