Our client, a direct employer in energy production in Beersel, is looking for a Production Leader Power Plant. In this role you lead a shift team and safeguard safe, reliable and efficient production. You get a clear set of responsibilities, short lines to colleagues and partners, and room for your own initiative.
What you'll do
- Steer operators and set operational priorities during the shift
- Take decisions on process deviations, breakdowns and maintenance interventions
- Safeguard safety, permits, production planning and environmental limits
- Coach employees and analyse performance and improvement opportunities
What you bring
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or growth from experienced process operator
- Strong process insight and proven leadership in a critical environment
- Decisive, communicative and willing to work a continuous roster
