Team Leader Water Treatment
An established direct employer in industrial water treatment in food is looking for a Team Leader Water Treatment for its Waregem site. In this role you steer the operational water treatment and safeguard continuity, environmental compliance and teamwork. You work closely with internal specialists and operational colleagues, with room to shape the role yourself.
What you'll do
- Plan staffing, checks, maintenance and process follow-up of the water treatment
- Monitor flows, analyses, chemicals, sludge streams and discharge conditions
- Coordinate breakdowns and improvements with utilities, maintenance and environment
- Coach operators and report performance, risks and actions
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in environment, chemistry, process technology or equivalent through experience
- Experience with water treatment, utilities or industrial process operations
- Leadership skills, analytical and willing to be operationally on call
