Shift Supervisor Energy Production
For a direct employer in power plants and industrial utilities in Machelen we're looking for a Shift Supervisor Energy Production. In this role you coordinate daily production and steer people and installations safely through changing conditions. You get a clear set of responsibilities, short lines to colleagues and partners, and room for your own initiative.
What you'll do
- Organise shift activities, task allocation and operational decision-making
- Safeguard production, efficiency, safety and availability of installations
- Coordinate breakdowns, work permits and interventions with maintenance
- Conduct shift briefings, coaching and performance follow-up
What you bring
- Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience in process or energy
- Leadership experience and strong insight into complex installations
- Calm, clear and responsible in a 24/7 context
