Team Leader Production Nights
A strong player in food production is looking for a Team Leader Production Nights for its team in Kortrijk, on a direct permanent contract. In this role you steer a production team and deliver planning, quality and output during the night shift. You get clear ownership of your own files and work with internal specialists, suppliers and operational colleagues.
What you'll do
- Distribute work and monitor staffing, line start-up and progress
- Coach operators on safety, hygiene, quality and standard work
- Solve operational problems with maintenance and quality
- Follow up KPIs, losses and improvement actions and ensure a clear handover
What you bring
- First leadership experience in production, logistics or technology
- Strong in people management, priorities and problem-solving
- Willing to work permanent nights
