Production Team Leader (Nights)
As Production Team Leader on the fixed night shift in Kortrijk, you lead a team of operators in food production. You join a strong player in food production directly, on a permanent contract. You distribute the work, monitor staffing and line start-up, and make sure the night's schedule, quality and output targets are met. You also coach operators on safety, hygiene and standard work and track KPIs and losses.
What you'll do
- Distribute the work among the operators at the start of the night
- Monitor staffing, line start-up and production progress
- Coach operators on safety, hygiene, quality and standard work
- Solve operational problems together with maintenance and quality
- Closely follow up KPIs, losses and improvement actions
- Ensure a clear handover to the next shift
What you bring
- You have first leadership experience in production, logistics or engineering
- You are strong in people management and in leading a team
- You set the right priorities, also when things get busy
- You are a strong problem solver on the shop floor
- You are willing to work permanent nights
