Team Leader Production Two Shifts
A strong player in food manufacturing is looking for a Team Leader Production Two Shifts for its team in Roeselare, on a direct permanent contract. In this role you lead a team of operators and improve safety, quality and line efficiency daily. You work closely with internal specialists and operational colleagues, with room to shape the role yourself.
What you'll do
- Organise staffing, start-ups, changeovers and production priorities
- Coach employees and hold feedback and development conversations
- Adjust for breakdowns, quality deviations and material shortages
- Analyse KPIs and drive improvement actions with maintenance and engineering

- Leadership experience in a production environment
- Technical insight and affinity with lean or continuous improvement
- People-oriented, decisive and willing to work two shifts
