Team Leader Production Two Shifts
As Team Leader Production in two shifts, you lead a team of operators in a growing food factory in Roeselare. You join a strong player in food manufacturing in West Flanders directly, on a permanent contract. You organise staffing, start-ups and changeovers and improve safety, quality and line efficiency every day. Using KPIs and a lean mindset, you work out improvement actions together with maintenance and engineering.
What you'll do
- Organise staffing and production priorities for your shift
- Organise start-ups and changeovers on the line
- Coach your employees and hold feedback and development conversations
- Step in when breakdowns, quality deviations or material shortages occur
- Analyse KPIs on safety, quality and line efficiency
- Work out improvement actions together with maintenance and engineering
What you bring
- You have leadership experience in a production environment
- You have good technical insight into production
- You have an affinity with lean or continuous improvement
- You are people-oriented and at the same time decisive as a leader
- You are willing to work in two shifts
