At least 173.33 times your basic hourly wage of 1 December (in a 40-hour week)
Conditions and payment
- You are entitled to the premium if you have at least three months of seniority on 31 December and are still employed at the moment of payment.
- The minimum amount is 173.33 times your basic hourly wage of 1 December. If you work in a system with weekly working time reduction, that factor drops along: at 38 hours it is 164.664 times your basic hourly wage.
- You get one twelfth per month actually worked in the service year, from 1 January to 31 December. If you started before the 16th of the month, that month counts.
- If your contract ends during the year, you get the premium pro rata if you have three months of seniority. This does not apply to dismissal for serious cause, nor if you resign with less than one year of seniority.
- This is the sector minimum; many chemical companies arrange a higher premium in their own agreement.
