How to read this table

  • Six categories A to F following the sector's function classification: A has the lowest, F the highest hourly wage.
  • The rows are years of seniority: 0-1 for the first year, then every year up to 26.
  • Amounts are gross hourly wages in the 38-hour system.
  • Anyone temporarily acting as team leader of at least four people receives 5 to 10% more pay for the duration of that role.
  • Student workers: 80% of the scale wage of the category in which a worker with a similar function is employed.
  • The separate youth wages were abolished on 1 July 2009. At an indexation both the minimum and the actual wages rise.
