How to read this table

  • Eight classes following the sector's function classification, from class 1 to class 8. The rows are the seniority steps as the official scale gives them: 0, 1, 3, 6 years and so on up to 45 years.
  • The amounts apply to a full-time schedule as used in the company; part-time pro rata.
  • Anyone who regularly performs functions of different classes is entitled to the salary of the highest function performed. On moving to a higher class the new salary applies at once; only a promotion of two classes or more is phased in.
  • Students: 90% of the scale salary of class 1 at 0 years of seniority.
  • At an indexation both the minimum and the actual salaries rise; for actual salaries this is limited to the final salary of class 8.
