How to read this table
- Five categories (1, 2, 3, 4a and 4b); the rows are years of experience. An empty cell means the scale does not run there for that category: category 3 starts at 1 year of experience, 4a at 3 and 4b at 4.
- This is the sector's national minimum scale. The source also refers to a separate arrangement for companies without their own agreement, so check which collective agreement applies in your company.
- Students: 90% of the lowest wage of the class that matches the function.
- Sales representatives: the wage is at least equal to the minimum experience-based monthly wage of category 4a.
- At an indexation both the minimum and the actual wages rise.
