Nuances from the agreement
- The sector fiche has no shift premium. For driving staff (social security category 083) there is a financial allowance for night work (agreement of 17 October 2019): indexed to 1.8870 euros in January 2026, per hour according to the sector's earlier fiche. It is adjusted to the cost of living every 1 January.
- You are entitled to it for all nights worked in the month if you work at least 5 consecutive days in a regime with night work, or at least half of your working days, or in a structured shift system with night work. In addition you must have more than five hours of working or availability time between 20:00 and 06:00.
- For non-driving staff and logistics the fiche lists no sector premium: there the company agreement decides.
