Shift premium PC 200: no sector premium
What the sector agreement of PC 200 (auxiliary committee, white-collar) lays down on the shift premium: the minimum per system, literally from the source. Your company agreement may be higher.
No sector shift premium; the premium is in your company agreement, work rules or employment contract
No sector premium: what then?
The joint committee has not agreed a shift premium. Your premium is then in your company agreement, the work rules or your employment contract. If you structurally work nights, at least the hourly allowance of agreement no. 49 of the National Labour Council applies. See the general questions on the overview page.
Frequently asked questions about the shift premiumNuances from the agreement
- The PC 200 sector fiche lists the sector premiums (end-of-year premium, eco vouchers, travel costs) and contains no agreement on shift or night premiums. The auxiliary joint committee leaves that to the companies.
- If you work in shifts as a white-collar employee, your percentage is therefore in the company agreement, the work rules or your employment contract. If you structurally work nights, at least the hourly allowance of agreement no. 49 of the National Labour Council applies.
